Becoming a Jaguar in 5 Easy Steps

We're excited to guide you and your family through the Bunda Mulia School admissions process!

Because we receive more applications each year than we have space available, we encourage you to apply early or contact the Admissions Office to check availability.  Our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

We can't wait to help all future Jaguars discover their spots!

We recommend scheduling your child’s test during an Open House event, which is free of charge. If you prefer another date, the test fee is Rp. 300.000.

Applications open on August 1 for the following school year. Bunda Mulia School accepts applications year-round and offers placements on a rolling basis, subject to availability. Since many grade levels fill up by September for the first semester, we encourage families to apply early or contact the Admissions Office to confirm space availability.

Complete the assessment and interview process. For preschoolers, an entrance test is not required; instead, a free trial class will be arranged for observation purposes. The test will include literacy and numeracy assessment, as well as sensory and motoric skills.

Our admissions team will inform you of the outcome. Notification of placement or non-placement, along with the conditions of placement, is communicated to the applicant's family by the Academic Team.  The decision is based on several factors, including age, previous school records, test results, and the student’s abilities and needs, such as English language proficiency.

Special cases regarding placement are considered on an individual basis.

Applications are not prioritized based on the submission date.  Applicants, including members of the Bunda Mulia community, are not automatically guaranteed acceptance.

We expect all applicants and community members to respect our decision after we have reviewed and assessed the application documents.

Confirm your child’s seat by completing this payment online. Follow the link provided in the acceptance letter to create an account before completing the payment. You will receive a student ID in return as confirmation of enrollment once the development fee has been paid.
