Playgroup – Kindergarten

• The screening process will include interview for both child and parent.
• Your child will have an opportunity for to interact with our other students on trial class.
• Our Academic Team will observe your child on several categories such as: motor skills, social skills, behaviour, and basic knowledge.
• Then, we will provide a balanced professional assessment which determines student’s readiness for our educational program.

Year 1 and above

• Entrance Test and Interviews are applicable to all students.
• All applicants must have grade-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension) and Mathematics.
• Your child’s performance in the Entrance Test will determine if he/she is eligible or accepted for study in the academic year that he/she is intending to enroll in.
• Depending on the grade level, the test can take from 60 to 90 minutes.
• We will provide the test result in one to two working days after testing.

Principal's Decision

• Notification of placement/non placement and conditions of placement are released to the applicant family by the Principal of School.
• Decision is based on several factors such as age, previous school records, test results and the students’ abilities and needs, including English Language Proficiency.
• Special cases regarding placement will be considered on an individual basis.
• Applications are not prioritized by the date on which they are received.
• Applicants, including Bunda Mulia community members, are not automatically accepted.
• We expect that all applicants and community members respect our decision once we finish review and assess the application documents.
